Reiki (earth) which can be felt as heat and forms the base through which the other elemental rays can work.

Sophi-El (water) which is felt as a gentle pulsating coolness and helps to heal deep emotional issues by finding the core, cause and effect of the disturbance. Sophi-El also opens the heart to love and enhances intuitive abilities.

Angelic Light (air and spirit) which feels like cool gentle breezes and can facilitate mental healing by establishing a link with the angelic realms.

Sakara (fire) which is experienced as an effervescent tingling and works in the aura and cleanses the chakras. The energy 'burns' through blockages and repairs the physical body.

Reiki promotes and accelerates the body's 'own natural healing' process. Reiki healing is very powerful working on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual it also promotes deep relaxation.

 

The reiki practitioner places their hands on or above the clients' body from head to toe in various positions. The energies pass through the Practitioner and into the clients' body. Reiki does not harm in any way as the energy always goes to where the healing is needed. Plants and animals also respond well to reiki.

Distance Healing

Distant Reiki healing is the practice of sending reiki to someone without them being present. This has many benefits including:

​

• The patient does not need to be in the room, or indeed in the same country for the reiki healing to work.

• It can be useful for people who are unable to travel for whatever reason.

• Ideal for animals who are too stressed or wild to have a close session with a reiki healer.

 

Distant healing is known by many names such as absent healing, reiki distance healing, remote reiki healing, distance healing, remote healing, intuitive healing, remote energy healing and many more. It is the practice of tuning into another being, making the energetic connection and sending the energy to that specific location.

 

There is no belief system attached to reiki so it can be received by anybody. Reiki will support other complementary therapies and medical treatments. Reiki is excellent for pregnant women as it can help to relieve the symptoms of morning sickness. It relieves aches and pains especially backache, swollen feet and ankles. Reiki is the only holistic therapy that you can receive during the first stages of pregnancy.
