My latest testimonial is that I recently enjoyed a Reiki session in Julie's new 'shed' (sorry, beauty room). This has been so well-thought out. As you walk in, you see this amazing picture covering the back wall which makes you feel you are in the picture. The whole room is really lovely, cosy and warm. Reiki, as always, was first class - thank you, Julie. Looking forward to the next session.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about using therapeutic grade essential oils, because I had never really tried essential oils. However Julie gave me a wellness consultation, and having recently moved 300 miles down to Bournemouth, the only illness my family and I had come across was hayfever. Now my partner had been taking tablets every March until November for it, and I wasn't keen on the kids taking medicine. I found out that 2 drops of peppermint, lemon & lavender mixed together and then dotted on the kids and my partners neck every morning got rid of the hayfever!!! Yes it's true! So amazed and there are so many uses for just these three oils that I'm still learning every day what I can use them on. Also I love mixing the grapefruit oil with sparkling water for a refreshing drink. Thank you to Julie for sharing these oils with me.

I recently treated myself to a facial. It was my first experience of Neal's Yard Remedies Organic products and, before deciding which was the right treatment for me, Julie spent time talking to me first about my skin type and issues. I suffer from rosacea and sensitive skin and did not want to use products that would exasperate the problem. I need not worry, with her knowledge, Julie was able to advise and recommend the right products for my skin type, I felt at ease straight away and once she went through the treatment with me I was ready for my facial. My skin felt amazingly clean, soft and glowing by the time the facial ended and with the added bonus of shoulder, neck and facial massage too, I felt totally relaxed. I was quite sad it was all over, the hour just flew! I can not name all the products used, but was very impressed with the White Tea products. Julie is very professional, passionate and comfortable to be with and it was a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend. It was all over too soon so may add on a massage next time!

I have been going to see Julie for a few years now. She is always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Julie has provided various massage treatments for me and I think they are marvellous. I really look forward to having a massage and she always makes me feel relaxed during treatment. Afterwards I always leave feeling as if I'm floating on a cloud. I sleep better too. I have found my massages have been very beneficial in the long term. I have had several treatments now including; Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage and Natural Lift Facial Massage all have left me feeling very relaxed and revitalised and I think it's high time more people know about Holistic Zone.
